A stunning Torquay Pottery 10 1/2" plate. Decorated in
fine enamel paint by a top quality artist. In the third
picture, note the frog jumping fron the lily pad.
The plate is unmarked ( not even a
turners mark) but certainly Torquay and either
Torquay Terra Cotta Company or Watcombe.
